Funky Dory is here to help you get down! We've just released our first full length album called Fists of Funk, and because we love you so much we decided to include a comic book to let you in on how we all became such funky superheros while fighting off the evil haters. We put two of the songs here on our myspace page, and you can hear clips of all the tunes at our website www.funkydory.ca. You can pick up the album in St. John's at Fred's Records, O'Briens Music, Melon, Mustang Sally's, Music City, and CD Plus, and we'll have a form on our website real soon for ordering.

Exams are out and we have a guaranteed place for you to let loose and properly celebrate the end of the 2007 winter semester, and lets not for get the fact that you will be supporting a good cause! This June, Eastrock crew will be traveling to Ottawa to represent Newfoundland & Labrador at the Canadian dance festival, in support of that come out and join them at Etomik, Thursday, April 19th. Their will be Drink specials, door prizes, crazy antics and general madness, so start preparing for a fucking throw down. Tickets are now on sale!!! You can pick them up from ERC members or at Ballistic. Tickets are $5 in advance (WHICH WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE!) and $7 at the door.
