About me: Fur Angels Animal Sanctuary is a no kill animal shelter/rescue. The only expection that we will put down an animal would be if one is severely ill, or is aggressive, thus making it unadoptable. We are one of the leading deaf animal shelters/rescues, having the knowledge and resources to train and find deaf animals forever homes. We do work with non deaf animals as well. But the fact that we work with deaf animals, makes this rescue unique and well known across the country.
Every animal taken in by this rescue is vetted with all the required vaccations: rabies, 5 in one.. and is spayed/neutered prior to adoption. They are also given health checks to ensure they are healthy for adoption. They are also evaluated for behavior and temperment, to ensure there are absoutely no aggression. Fur Angels does not adopt animals that are known to be aggressive, or have demonstrated aggressive behavior. We also work on finding out whether the pet gets along with other pets, people, are if they are good with kids or not.. to make the best possible match.
Each one of the animals are very special and has a lot to offer to lucky family who adopts one of these furbabies.
We ALWAYS need foster homes to provide loving environments for foster animals, and provide training. Vet care and animal related reimbursement are provided by the rescue. If you're interested, contact me!
Please spread the word about this rescue and/or your local shelters/rescues. There are plenty of wonderful animals discarded by society for various reasons: death in family or of owner, allergies, no longer desire to have a pet, moving and did not want/or cannot take pet with, illness of owner or family member, and many more different reasons.
We work closely with kill shelters, often stepping in to pull and save a pet just moments before they are put to sleep.
PLEASE spay and neuter your pet. 7 to 8 million PETS die EVERY YEAR due to lack of loving homes. Every dog or cat that is allowed to have a litter, AT LEAST twice that number DIES in kill shelters.

Dear Fur Angels! I am so excited about my pending adoption tomorrow of our soon to be Wrigley!!! I can't wait to get my hands on that handsome boy and give him all the love he deserves!!!!! Love, Jen :)
He's doing great and is SOOOO adorable!!!! He lays in my bathroom sink when I'm gone. The other day I had the water on in the sink and he was so confused. He kept batting at the water, and staring at it, and kept trying to bite it...I was cracking up!!!!

My friend knows there is a cat living outside. She can't take him in because her current cat doesn't like the cat. She feeds him, but she's afraid he's going to freeze. I'm gonna try to get him to bring him by. I know yall have so many cats, but it's getting really cold out there.
shes doing good. she finally came out yesterday. she peed behind the couch and she does bite. she only bite when shes excited and purring. i love her. i just hope she doesnt pee anywhere else. i have new pictures and i hope to put them on today.
