About FURLO

FURLO are a four piece hard hitting melodic indie band from the Derry area in N.Ireland. They forged a path in the music scene with they’re first e.p. 'CONCUSSED GIRLS' gaining them a respect from critics and press. It was a good start to 2008. By winning some studio time with 'KOMODO STUDIO'S', Plus getting radio play on the 'RORY McCONNELL SHOW ON RADIO 1 N.I' and with gigs such as 'GLASGOWBURY 07 & 08' (Drapperstown), 'SPRING & AIRBRAKE'(Belfast) opening for FIGHTING WITH WIRE, 'ERIGAL FESTIVAL'(letterkenny), 'EMPIRE'(Belfast), 'LAVERY'S''(belfast), 'THE NERVE CENTRE'(Derry), 'SANDINO'S'(Derry),'THE STRAND BAR'(Derry), 'MASONS'(Derry) and plenty of local gigs in there home town, There's confidence in saying its been another good year for FURLO and 2009 looks to be be the same with a new ep on its way......!!
