Fur Packed Action are defunct, funky, rock, and or rolling. They lived from 1995-2001 in St.John's, Newfoundland. Jody Richardson (Thomas Trio and the Red Albino, The Haters) played guitar and sang. Geoff Younghusband (Potbelly, Potmaster, Jigger) played bass and did some singing. Barry Newhook (Bung, Band from Hell) played drums. They were nominated for 3 ECMA awards, won best Alternative artist at the 1999 MIANL awards, released 1 album, made 1 video, appeared on numerous compilations and toured eastern Canada repeatedly and generally had a pretty fucking good time.
i've been giving it some thought and i think that the obvious choice for your next reunion is the weekend of july 30-august 1st, 2010 (aka: my 30th birthday extravaganza).

Yet-
You could smell
The smouldering, sparry,
Whenever they met.

Thanks, Geoff. Still as hot as ever yourself! Glad you caught me on TV. Rather you'd see me with my sis in the front row at one of your gigs. Ah, pics of your reunion made me long for The Rock. Still, I just moved to California. Have to give it a chance.
Loves ya,

hey geoff, could you put the acoustic ammunition on myspace as well. my brother has forbidden me to download files onto his computer and mine seems to have bit the dust.
Also, something that popped into my head whilst reading about the award they gave you: I think MIANL should change their acronym, because every time I look at it, my brain screams MY ANAL
