In 1964 author Ken Kesey ("One flew over the Cuckoos Nest") purchased an old school bus. He and his mates from the hippie communie "The Merry Pranksters" painted the bus in wild colours - and wrote its destination on the front: Furthur.
This bus is mentioned in the song "The Other One" by the Grateful Dead: "the bus came by and I got on..."

ABOUT
Furthur is active managing and booking ambitious rockbands from the european 70ies/psychedelic/jamband scene. Furthur is working from the headquarter in Stockholm, Sweden, but the activities are expanding all over central europe.
SPACE DEBRIS
Space Debris are a german fourpiece whose music will transport you thirtyfive years back in time: to the pioneering days of Krautrock and Progressive influenced Psychedelia. Space Debris stand for lots of lengthy stretched out guitar jams and an old original organic organ sound that will make you swoon. Their influences range from the classic german Krautrock-genre band like Amon Düül and Can on one side to the "psychedelicious" ride with Santana, Allman Brothers and the early Deep Purple.

GINGER
Ginger are experimenting between Blues, Rock, Funk, Swing and Psychedelia. Influenced by the American Jam Band scene and the British Bluesrock from the late 60ies and early 70ies, they..ve set controls for wild guitar solos, bubbly psychedelic noise sequences, warm bluesy tunes and groovy space jams. Improvising is an essential part in Gingers music:
"Playing the same set twice doesnt exist in our musical world", as the young quartet, (founded 2007 and already over 80 gigs on their backs!) whose classic rock line-up breaks up and gets an excitingly swingy touch, when singer Micheal changes from the guitar to the trumpet, states.

LAST AVENUE
Last Avenue is a fourpiece heading from Zurich. Formerly known as "Mild..n", Last Avenue have achieved various successes in those 9 years they have been active for now: won several newcomer band contest, featured with one song in a movie and aired on the national radio station. Last Avenue definitely deserve their fast place in the local music scene.
