About FUSED *Are Your New Fav Band*

Four Very Different People!! One Amazing Sound!!

Photobucket

FUSED are a band like no other. Four musicians all with different taste and styles coming together to make music as one.

FUSED started when founding members James Allen (Vocals) and Phil Middleton (Guitar) met in early 2004 at work. They became friends over there love of music, mainly rows trying to force each others favourites onto each other!! They soon talked of making their own music and that was put into practice in 2006. In the now famous ‘Loft’ James and Phil jammed and started their creative journey. It was apparent really early on that the pair really had a knack for writing and quickly produced a number of songs. One of FUSED main strengths is the partnership of Allen and Middleton who just seem to constantly get it right when it comes to penning a catchy melodic tune.

It wasn’t until 2007 that the duo decided to test themselves on a live audience and was offered a local gig in Welling. FUSED went down really well and since that first gig have been playing constantly.

Towards the end of 2007 and with a good 40 plus songs in the bank James and Phil thought about expanding the band to create a larger sound. The search was on and it didn’t take much to convince Nick Waterton of local band AlvinA to come and jam. All that was left was to find a drummer and he came in the shape of Mikey Coyne from another local band called The Vetoes. Both new members like James and Phil were completely different in terms of influences and style but it just seemed to work and they were all excited about the sound they were making.

Early 2008 saw James and Phil venture into the studio with producer Steve Tsoi at Sound Magic Studios.

FUSED are now gigging as a full band doing shows whenever possible. The four members each bringing there unique and individual styles and fusing them together to make music for the people.

Holiday Greetings to Everyone

I wanted to send some sort of holiday greeting to everyone, but it is so difficult in today's world to know exactly what to say without offending someone. So I met with my lawyer yesterday, and on his advice I wish to say the following:

Please accept with no obligation, implied or implicit, my best wishes for an environmentally conscious, socially responsible, low stress, non-addictive, gender neutral celebration of the winter holiday, practiced with the most enjoyable traditions of religious persuasion or secular practices of your choice with respect for the religious/secular persuasions and/or traditions of others, or their choice not to practice religious or secular traditions at all.

I also wish you a fiscally successful, personally fulfilling and medically uncomplicated recognition of the onset of the generally accepted calendar year 2007, but not without due respect for the calendars of choice of other cultures whose contributions to society have helped make our country great (not to imply that the UK is necessarily greater than any other country) and not without regard to the race, creed, colour, age, physical ability, religious faith or sexual preference of the wishee.

By accepting this greeting, you are accepting the following terms:

This greeting is subject to clarification or withdrawal. It is freely transferable with no alteration to the original greeting. It implies no promise by the wisher to actually implement any of the wishes for her/himself or others and is void where prohibited by law, and is revocable at the sole discretion of the wisher. This wish is warranted to perform as expected within the usual application of good tidings for a period of one year or until the issuance of a subsequent holiday greeting, whichever comes first, and warranty is limited to replacement of this wish or issuance of a new wish at the sole discretion of the wisher.

Disclaimer: No trees were harmed in the sending of th
