About Fusion Fashion Show
New York City's fastest growing fashion event! Fusion, an established event since 2000, brings together the two best fashion schools in the nation, Fashion Institute of Technology and Parsons The New School for Design, to engage in a competition that creates inspiration, ingenuity, and excitement.
It combines the innovative creativity of young designers with the stellar talent of up-and-coming models, running on the devotion and generosity of volunteers and fans, climaxing in a groundbreaking display of style and artistic expression.
In the past our judges have included names like Richie Rich of Heatherette, Zang Toi, Cynthia Rowley, Robert Verdi, as well as editors and staff members of major fashion editorials (WWD, Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, etc). Audience members have included a plethora of notable industry figures, including Betsey Johnson and Tim Gunn.
