resorts on the strip, improvements to existing resorts and many
high-rise residential projects.

You should put some stuff on the site about the Stratosphere fire waaaay back when, if you can find anything on it. I got bored and googled it and couldn't find much... All I have are my memories of watching it burn and thinking, "Cool..." Haha.
