I got sunburnt. LOTS. Despite what Scott thought at the time. Cambridge Games was OK - poorly laid out I thought... didn't see any of the dancers or soloists had to pass through the changing area and stuff - thought that was weird.... You know, the heavy events (caber toss, sheath toss etc) was impressive - boys & girls do it (in kilts) - and we listened to the band in the background... but I also actually enjoyed the tug o'war!!! Boys & girls again, all shapes and sizes. Was good fun. Tiring as it was so hot... rain was only 3 wee sporadic showers.
YAH!!! You'll need to get your thinking cap on. Susan offered her sheep, Paige is doing vines and daisies I believe... I'm going to keep plodding with flowers and caterpillars and butterflies I think... Chris bagged ladybugs. :D Scott's got his sunflower sketched, Oh... and Alison wants to come do a turtle. :D hehehe. Hope this all comes together now :D .. and I need to think about the sun. I want it to look sunshiney and not just a blob of yellow paint. :P
hey. got your comment late... :P Just realised I *can* sneak onto MySpazz from work via some tricky tricky maneuvers, same with Faceboobery. :P So, yass... Bean room painting has commenced - have a tree and butterfly, and a sketched sunflower. :D
i just love hearing from you! thanks for the comments. we're pretty comfy as a couple. we do well together. keep the notes coming. how are you two doing?? love and misses, a.
I've been really bad at keeping up with folks lately - I sure hope things are good with you. You seem to have the protection end of things covered. :) Anyway, take care, and it'd be great to see you on the 15th, if not before...
Hope you have fun tonight babe!!! Great to see you and the Karlinator last night! Let's not make it over a month to hook up the next time!!! *mwah*mwah* :D :D
hey! :D It was a bit of a let down to be honest. We had a much better time checking out the ExtraOrdinary Baby Shoppe afterwards!! Spent 30 mins at the show (had a negative experience with a twiglet on the Oh Baby stall!!! *grr*), and spent 2 hours in the store chatting to the owner. She was awesome and I know all about cloth diapering and slings now! :D :D A MUCH better experience. Nic's coming sometime in July - we haven't confirmed a date yet - and, if you like, I need to get supplies so we could have a shopping/lunch/supper date for that too!!! :D :D It's an idea... ;-) I'm SO excited to start Bean's room. We were hoping to have her come out one weekend in June to sketch, but I think that's been kiboshed cos I double booked myself on the 7th June. *feck* :P How's your weekend fairing petal? I went to sit outside and was chastised by an over protective husband! ;-) Bless 'im.
HEY HEY!!! :D I'm online! :D Woot. Actually, just about to run out to the Baby & Toddler Show once I wake Scott up. Camping was braw!!! :D Wish you were there... will we manage any camping adventures this season? Hope you're having a braw weekend pookie! Check oot that sunshine! WOO!!
