And disturbingly the robots in A.I. have more empathy and compassion than the human beings. Is this what we see as 'progress'?

I'm Felicity Fyr Le Fay - but you can call me Flame. I describe myself best through my creativity - I'm a fine artist, aerial acrobat, fire performer, model and dancer/choreographer. Performing is my absolute passion.
I'm also very interested in Myth and Ancient Lore, Quantum Physics, The Subconcious, the Supernatural and Species Equality and the Natural World. My name is a mixture of Latin, old English and bastardised French meaning 'Happiness Fire Faery' and as a Faery Priestess I'm involved in the Celtic reawakening - a movement by those of us with ancient European ancestory to restore Mother Earth to a more diversity friendly natural state.
With dreams soaring in the stars, I find I constantly get lost in the faerytale land inside my head.... Dive into those depths with me!
I'm on a quest for adventure, romance and to dance through every intrigue of life's savage garden. The latest mad adventure has just started...my Prince & I intend to drive from Brighton UK to New Zealand via Siberia through Kazakhstan, China and Indonesia. We hit the road this week (November 2009) and plan to subsist by performing on the street and in cabarets, working on organic farms and charity projects and perhaps some other daring methods! Performance Art
In the last 6 years I've been nestled in the UK, running the Firecracker Circus, a small circus school in the South East and taking club and cabaret contracts. .
I love to get my teeth into themed events, performing at Clubs and Theatres as a dancer, with my aerial & fire equipment, & as an actress. Currently I'm developing the Firecracker Circus with two professional circus friends in Lewes. This year I have also become very involved with Children's Entertainment, spreading love of conservation and the natural world through the Faery Realm.

My studies have included Classical Acting and Voice, Aerial Acrobats, Street Theatre, and Radio Production. Dance training includes ballet, ballroom, latin american, pole and freestyle improvisation.
Writing choreography with a particular story or for a themed event is my specialty.

Fine Art and Costume Creation
When I have spare time (!) I love to oil paint and wire sculpt; design clothing; study myth, ancient history and modern international relations. I'm also writing a novel - but isn't everyone!
Beauty and Art give us hope, and the inspiration to strive for a more magical, peaceful and perfect world. I admire artists, performers and directors who use their media as a tool to convey a message or ideal - romantic or political. I love films that induce contemplation for weeks afterward. Much of my own art is self and life reflective, born out of great happiness or misery... such is the turbulent nature of the artistic temperament!

Working as an artists model is great for mind over matter, but sometimes a harder work out than aerial on the body... it takes a lot of effort to keep that still! Three years ago I decided to try photographic work also, focusing on fine and alternative art styles. I enjoy working with photographers where the end result is a mutual collaboration, often something a bit dark and edgy, or etherial. I don't feel that scope normally exists in fashion photography.
