In the meantime, the astronauts are dealing with their potential destruction as the creature learns how to create offspring through its victims. After the demise of several of the astronauts, one unlikely astronaut figures out the monster's kryptonite. Will this astronaut save the others in time? Will he find a way to destroy the monster and become a hero? Author Stanley Pitchford weaves an interesting and unique science fiction novel that explores outer space and shows what can happen when we attempt to address the unknown universe.
