Anything related to expanding my consciousness and spiritual connection to the Divine, embracing compassion and unconditional love, and seeing God in everyone.
Nithyananda speaks about Dreams and Reality.
I saw him speak on this here in Orlando. It was amazing. Consider what he says with an open mind while you are living in this dream.

These are pictures from our first practice "vibe" session at Spiral Circle bookstore. It started out as a concept for one night's meditation...and is starting to look like something that will become even more. We all connected so well and had a great time. We finally agreed on the name, "Spiral of Sacred Sound" in honor of Spiral Circle and the sacred sound of the instruments that we play.
The members of Spiral of Sacred Sound:
Brian: Brian was the first to bring a crystal bowl to meditation. Everyone loved it so much that the bowls are now a permanent fixture during meditation. He plays the 14" Root chakra crystal bowl, Tibetan brass bowl, and wind chimes.
Cohen: Chakra hanging chimes that he hand made with material he found lying around on the land. He also hand-tuned each chime so that it corresponds to the appropriate chakra note. He also plays the Tibetan bells and a hanging windchime.
Me: I just got the 20" Crown chakra crystal bowl. I hadn't planned to get a bowl that large, but Beverly felt it was the right size bowl. It's going to take time to build up the stamina and upper arm strength to play that bowl for an extended period of time. But it does play lovely!! It will continue to sing for about 5-7 minutes after I stop playing it! I also have two Tibetan bells that I play, as well as the Tingsha. We determined one of the bells is a B-note, making it a Crown chakra bell. I'm not certain but I think the smaller bell is a Throat chakra note. I think I'm going to pick up a windchime to play as well. I just love the sound of windchimes and we incorporate them nicely into our meditation groove.
Melissa: Melissa is playing the 8-Chakra hand chime set, as well as a single hand chime tuned for the Heart chakra. She can also make any of our crystal bowls sing beautifully, even my great big 20" bowl! Don't underestimate the power of the package by her size! She's a strong girl! (and sweet and beautiful, too!)
Philip: Philip plays the 19" Wind Gong. It takes a very careful hand to play a gong in meditation. Philip does it well to maintain that low rumble that is not overpowering. Another interesting benefit we found to the low rumble of the wind gong is that it can offset the higher pitch sound of the Tibetan bells when they are singing.
Steve: Steve plays his 14" buffalo hand drum throughout the entire meditation. He emulates the heart beat which is our connection to the Earth Mother.
Troy: Even though Brian was the first to bring his bowl to meditation, Troy was the first to ever mention it would go well with meditation. As usual, I ignored him. As usual, he was right. They are now a permanent part of each meditation. Troy plays the 18" Heart chakra crystal bowl. Like Steve, Troy plays his bowl non-stop throughout the entire meditation. This continuous sound of the heart note of the bowl connects to the gentle and soft heartbeat of the drum increasing an individuals ability to relax into the meditation.
We are...Spiral of Sacred Sound...
