Music

I thoroughly enjoy music. Music is one of the only things in my life that has stuck by my side through everything. Thank you music, I love you. I don't know where I'd be without you.

Movies

Movies are great. They are like little windows into other people's perspectives and psyches. "Stay" is an awesome movie I bet you've never seen. So is "The Machinist." Everyone has seen "Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas," but do you really understand what makes it such a great movie? It's not just the gratuitous drug use. "Halloween" was an awesome horror flick, "300" was an awesome action flick, "Superbad" was the funniest movie I've ever seen. "The Breed" is the last movie I rented that I actually enjoyed.

Television

The Discovery Channel is where it's at: Mindless entertainment at its most mind-full. "Man VS Wild" is awesome. So are "Cash Cab" and "Myth Busters." Adult Swim on Cartoon Network gives me reason to make it through each day. Starting at 11:30 you get "Futurama," "Family Guy," "Robot Chicken" and "Aqua Teen Hunger Force." Amazing.

Books

I used to read mad (many) books. Now I don't so much. I used to love Michael Crichton: "Jurassic Park(s)," "Andromeda Strain," "Rising Sun," etc. I love Douglas Adams' "Hitch Hiker's Guide to the Galaxy" series. I think its like 7 books and they all are funny as hell. Good stuff. I need to read more . . . any suggestions?
