I would ike to thank my friend (and administrator of the Gerry Rafferty online community "Moonlight and Gold") Jim Oksen, for helping me out with the pictures I'd lost in various computer crashes.     “My Cat.”

    “My cat leaps around the garden fence
    Pouncing on anything that moves
    There’s no defence
    Sleeps for hours and sometimes days
    Bathing in the summer rays
    Hibernating in the winter cold
    Prowling, howelling meowing so bold
    My cat is quick, sleek, reactions unique
    If I ever return as a bird or a mouse then I am going to leave my house
    When I am due to travel away my cat sulks for days
    Moody before and then turns his back as I return to the door
    Feeding him food from a tin
    Is considered by my feline friend a cardinal sin
    He sits and looks at me in disgust
    This is not what I want for my breakfast.
    “Give me lean chicken, salmon or fresh beluga
    Or I’ll slash the side of your chair like Freddy Kruger
    My claws are sharp I will reduce your coat
    To the texture and look of an old Nanny goat
    I go to sit in my favourite chair
    In front of the fire and guess whose there!
    Asleep in my bed I awake with surprise
    As a purring nose pokes me straight in the eyes!
    I now understand the word perfection
    Is all about my cats affection
    Even when he wreaks the place I live
    A look from those saucer green eyes makes me forget and forgive.
    My cat has a spiritual link, a supernatural perception
    Something that humans have no connection
    I can only watch look and admire all of that
    Oh…I forgot to mention.

    ~ As the Summer became the Fall..it made no difference at all..My thoughts continue to drift to the endless Summer days~ I close my eyes and smile and I am there again~ ...The Sand Dunes~We parked the car and all we could see were high sand dunes with a winding wooden path nestled between high sea gras and wild brilliant yellow and pink wildroses~The path path was beckoning us for to come see...You took my hand and smiled at me~ As we walked around the curves of the old  long wooden path, there was the Beautiful Sea~ the sun was still high covered with clould, the sea was clam as a sheet of glass...We looked to the left and saw the curvature of the sand meeting the sea for as far as our eyes could sea..we looked to the right~Ohhhh~ There upon boulders of ancient sandstone,sat abouve the sea..right on the edge, up high,A Gorgeous Victorian mansion~Ohh,She was gorgeous~ we walked to the waters edge towards her magnificence~The turrets, the slant of the roof,the wrap around porch..She took our breath away!! We admired her beauty from our beath standpoint as we turned to walk towards our path, we spotted a dune,surrounded with a circle of wildroses,we made our way up the slight incline of sand, and as though it was made for us~ We leaned our backs into the side of the dune, and talked and laughed for what seemed like hours~We watched the sunset on the Majestic Sea Lady, high upon the cliff, ans as the  soft rain began, I took your hand smiled at you and we walked~ I Love You, Love~*~ Kris

    ~The Meadow~...As We walked the to the meadow,over the stone wall,down the dirt path of wildflowers...My Heart danced with Love~ You took my hand and entwined your fingers in mine,and smiled at me~I squeezed your hand within mine~ we walked and stopped and looked at the butterflies and the snails....We had a picnic packed and a blanket that we had bought in Blackpool, a few weeks earlier..As we lay our blanket down in the corner of the meadow and we sat down together..the sun was brilliant and the air was warm, we lay on our backs and held hands on our plaid blanket and looked up at the sky.....The wind blew over us and I smelled the sun,the summer soaked grass and the wild lilacs..We had a paper sack, and we began to lay out a feast of bread for the wild sparrows who dove and dipped above us....The romance of their dance,made me smile .. I could of stayed on that blanket,watching the birds on that summer afternoon forever.....We talked about everything turned on our hips,facing one another, up on one elbow...These are the memories that are etched in my heart as the most wonderful of times in my life~ I am thinking of Your Beauty and Your Love this  Beautiful morning and I Love You, Love Kris~*~*

    ~As the day drew to a close, I gave Gratitude tonight, for all of the wonderful beautiful gits that I have been given...I am thankful for My Family, my parents,siblings,my children, all of my wonderful friends!!! I am most thankful for inner peace and tranquilty,for a sense of humour,for compassion and empathy,for intelligence and understanding...For the ability to dance and sing!!!! To be able to smile most of the time,for my health and well being...Mostly, I filled with my depest gratitude to be able to give, and recieve Love~I have often thought if we all were able to keep the innocence and trust of childhood, coupled with the ability to reason and use our intelligence,that comes. with time as we know it here, what a wonderful peace filled world this would be~ I am really glad you are in my life~ You bring me happiness and joy,peace,laughter,enlightenment,poetry,wisdom and most of all your gift of Love to me is so very cherished and Beautiful~I Love You, Love Kris~*~*

    ~As we walk thru this physical life, from an infant to a child to an adult to an elderly person in this human form, we are here to learn lessons. Our physical form is only a shell. Doesn't matter. Our Spirit is our entire essence, Our Soul... We are all energy, We are all God. The most important factor here is LOVE. The golden rules I live my life by are as follows: Treat Others as You would like to Treated.  Always tell the truth. What you send out, good,bad or indifferent, you will recieve back tri-fold and not nessacerily who you sent it to! Always, always help people, no matter what inconvience it causes you.......Help the poor, sick and hungry, You can Do something, Make some food and take it to the homeless in your city, I do.....often...Keep your good deeds between You and God. Most Importantly......Love, Love, Love all people, all animals, all living creatures! These are some of the beautiful, yet, simple virtues I live by...Yes, I do all my writting from my heart ~*~*~* Always do your best and Expect the very best from all around you, Be Happy!!!!     ~Divine Grace may reward a good Heart, a Loving Soul.....Never worry about meeting soulmates.....Such meetings are a matter of Destiny.       ~They will occur~.. After the meeting the free will of both partners reigns.. What decisions are made or not made are a matter of free will, of Choice.....The less awakened will make deisions based on the mind and of all of its fears and prejudices.. The more awakened the couple is, the more likelihood of a decision based on Love. When both partners are awakened,ectasy is within their grasp. I Love you, Love Kris~

    ~You must always remember to take great care  of yourself first.....Only then can you take care of anyone else!  I have been thinking all day today about love. Love is as natural as breathing..You need not have anxiety,worry or thoughts of what am I going to do... Let God, the Universe take care of all your worries.... Be joyful, happy,relaxed..One of the best solutions I have found when I have something on my mind, after i release it to the Universe, I go and do something nice for someone else, my ideas do not seem to trouble me again...I also fill my thoughts thoughout the day with gratitude for all the blessings I have been given....     ~As the Ferry came into port, a magical feeling of time bygone came upon me....The days of yesteryear, bike riding,slow walks to the shore, hand packed picnics on the beach..The evenings of holding each other on a cliff,looking out to Sea as the sun gently sinks into the water...The music rom the 1930's, the horns and piano, the sultry voices....Marthas Vineyard is Pure Magic to me...To be able to share this magic island as I was falling in love with my darling....Ohhh, I am sending you the love I feel throughtout my entire being and loving you so very much! ~*~* Love, Kris

    ~As I entered the Magical World Of England and Wales..... I pondered Life, Life is Beautiful!!! Everyday is a choice, a freedom of choice,an opportunity to do good in the world, no matter where in the World You are...... It was as though I was walking in a Fairytale, My lover was beside me, and To explore the Beautiful Country Roads,the breathtaking Mountains, The gardens,The sunsets and rises.....To feel so alive for the first time, in a long time, Ohh Magnificent!!!  Every moment of every day can be whatever you want it to be.....The walks and the hours of luxurious talks, the comfort, the joy and laughter!! The total peace and Love I felt and Complete Bliss i felt I am sending to you, May your every moment be filled with Love and Joy....Tranquility, mostly Happiness and laughter!!!! I Love You just as you Are!!
