The innovative, modernist artworks he created for mass-appeal women’s magazines and their advertisers profoundly influenced the values and aspirations of American women and their families during the post-war era. The exhibition features original works created for Ladies’ Home Journal, Good Housekeeping, McCall’s, and Cosmopolitan by Parker and his contemporaries...
