n. Anyone who defies social and/or etiquette norms by acting in a particularly odd manner. This can be achieved by staring at someone for long extended periods of time, bringing up topics that aren't socially acceptable in conversation, or just being plainly and unabashedly strange or unsettling to those around him/her.

Fun Fact: Pathetically, getting friend requests get me excited....then I see a total creeper I don't even know with some lame line and I think to myself....why did I sign on this morning.
