I was born in Mountain View, California and moved about five times before settling down in Sunnyvale in the second grade. I used to want to be a cartoonist but decided that I should pick something with more job security . . . so I chose acting. My career in comedy started at the age of fifteen when my mom would drive me to open mikes an hour and a half away. She later bought the comedy club "Rooster T. Feathers" and I became the Pauly Shore of Sunnyvale. I have since played the HBO Comedy Arts Festival with the sketch comedy group "Totally False People," played Mr. Spock in a live stage adaptation of "Star Trek" at the Improv Comedy Club, and won rave reviews and a couple of awards I’m too modest to mention for my one-person show "God Complex." It’s also been a busy awards season for me as I recently won the International Sketch Comedy Competition as one half of the comedy duo "Diani & Devine" and Best Supporting Actor at the B Movie Film Festival for my work in "The Little Documentary That Couldn’t." I’m currently writing a low budget supernatural comedy screenplay. My mother no longer drives me to my gigs.

Great to see you and the missus. I meant to tell you, my dad wanted to know if you wanted some chicken he made three weeks ago that was just sitting unwrapped in the fridge to bring to the wedding in case there wasn't enough food there and you got hungry. No? Well, it's too late. He put them in your luggage this morning because he just doesn't take "no" for an answer. Oh, and he squeezed the poo out of Gladys when you guys weren't looking.
Sorry I missed your party, Gabe. The concert (my previous RSVP) didn't get out until after 10 and I was dead to the world. I sure appreciate you inviting me, and I miss you and Etta, so please don't x me off the list! Just punish me by giving me a lump of coal for my birthday... or an annoying gag gift. Or nothing. HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!! Robin
Mr Gabe. I'm sorry I missed your birthday celebration. I don't even have a good excuse like Julie. I am in perfect health. I hope all was well and awesometastic. And I hear you have a project in the works, I cannot wait to hear about/read it. Cheers, MM
My goodness Gabe, it was refreshing to see someone else get plastered and think they were pulling off sober-- usually that's my plight. Now I know how funny I look when I do that. Thanks! And thanks to you also for getting me down there to party a bit with some really rad people. Happy Birthday.
Sorry we couldn't make it - my lame self got sick (you don't want details) and had to stay in for the night. But...HAPPY 30TH BIRTHDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm sure you already know this but they are airing "Spock's Brain" remastered with new technology on Saturday. Check your local listings. Coincidence that it is airing on this day of all days?
Thank you SO MUCH for being a party of my thirty-sillyth celebration! I really appreciate that you and Etta did a bit of your routine for us. It's always awesome to spend time with you!!
