| Sounds Like | My own songs played on acoustic guitar and sung by me, accompanied by piano, fiddle, bass, mandoline, percussion, dobro, and drums, provided by some great musicians and great friends. Stylistically the music contains strong celtic/bluegrass,latin, blues, jazz and african elements and I suppose, could loosely be called world music. My music however, is not at all "new age", it is passionate and earthy, sometimes political, and often humourous. I am trying to make modern folk music with an international perspective. |
