Gabriel Gordon's 6th album entitled Indelible is almost done with production. He'll be playing songs from the new album at Pete's Candy Store (709 Lorimer St. in Williamsburg... 1 set) Tuesday, March 9th at 9pm... and at St. Dymphanas' Pub (118 St. Marks ... 2 sets) Sunday, March 21st from 10-12:30. Gabriel is currently writing new material for several different projects and will also be touring the US and Europe with Natalie Merchant in the Spring and Summer in support of her new album - Leave Your Sleep.
Hey Gabe- Look at you! I'll try to make it Feb 6 at Bowery Electric, but I'm juggling about 5 other things... The band sounds like it's gonna be slamming.
The band I've been touring with -Hazmat Modine, is doing a new record, and Natalie will be featured on it!
Also- I played w/ Gov't Mule New Year's Eve at the Beacon. Synchronicity keeps things alive!
