Gabriel is a jewish-arab argentinian naturalised Swedish who speaks, besides Spanish and Swedish, Portuguise, Italian, a little French and is now learning the language the jews living in Spain spoke before thrown out in 1492, ladino.

In February 2006 he started to write lyrics and melodies and singing. Then he spoke to Emanuel Arvanitis to arrange the songs and be co-composer.
Emanuel agreed and the duo started to look for musicians to join in.
On doublebas we now have Lars Borg and on junk/percussion is Jerker Wännström.
