We decided to start GAIN AND GOAL for kids who love and live for music. We are here to let you know what's going on and to get you connected with CONNECTICUT'S local bands, photographers, record labels, promoters and more. We are NOT about egos, we are about brotherhood. We are all just one big family.
If you see us at a show or anywhere for that matter, please feel free to come up and talk to us about music, the local scene or whatever you'd like. We want anyone and everyone to be involved in this project and for it to bring life back into the Connecticut music scene. If you'd like to be a part of GAIN AND GOAL all you really need to do is to spread the word about the bands we support and help promote us as well as them.
