Stations and networks: KCHO (Northstate Public Radio), CBC Radio 3 (new music from Canadian artists), WMTU (Michigan Tech student radio), BBC 6 Music (ecclectic), NPR, KKJZ (jazz from Long Beach.
Artists: Still exploring the realm of music (one reason why I like listening to stations). I like a wide array of upbeat, peppy music.
My iPod is loaded with Ozomotli, Madness, They Might Be Giants, Los Amigos Invisibles, Save Ferris, Cake, Beck, John Williams, Apples in Stereo, Benny Goodman, Squirrel Nut Zippers, the California Aggie Marching Band-uh!, the Blues Brothers, Don Byron, Cab Calloway, Black Eyed Peas, Buckwheat Zydeco, Dr. John, etc. Oh and Ray Charles and Johnny Cash.
Working music: At work, I listen to soundtracks from "Battlestar Galactica," Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan, Backdraft ("Iron Chef" music). Anthems and the like to keep me going.
