OK, so here I am. 37, living in the city that represents the best and worst of our United States. I lead a pretty charmed life for the most part. I get back what I put out, which is positive energy and goodwill. The more I think I've got existence figured out, is usually when the rationalization that I indeed know very little kicks in. I truly believe we are here to help and love one another, and that those who endorse this philosophy have the responsibility of showing the rest how to get there. Far as I can tell, most if not all the universal constants are the simplest. Action/Reaction, Nothing worth doing is easy (with of course a clause for relaxation) Black is never black and White is never white. You have to do the thing that scares you first, and then you get the courage afterwards,The Universe always says Yes......Bla bla bla. Moving on.....I am blessed with a triad of talents: Art, Music, Magic, and cursed with the ongoing struggle for creative inspiration and discipline. I don't believe life is pain, or that art is pain. Through the ages brilliant art has derived from pain, but I'd rather hang on the other side. It's just seems to be a lot warmer over there. I guess what it all comes down to for me these days, is; what are you doing to help the world? God knows she needs some. I think the Monkey video below should be mandatory viewing for everyone. And last but not least, I believe that you teach best what you most need to learn......

went to see Earth Wind & Fire the other night, thought of you, dont know why, maybe it was the 10 minute solo the keyboard player did using only take 6 vocal samples, or the way the bass player smiled ear to ear during the whole show, It was an amazing show. Love Lissy
I agree with you gabe, Keith Carlock is the best drummer that ever lived, that's why he was in MY band for 6 years and i recorded 2 CD's with him. So was Steve Logan and John Caban and Bill Foster and Bennet Paster and Cary Scope.

SHNAVE!!!!! i so had a missing you attack today, i saw a cat in the morning and i began talking to him and I realised I was channeling you! it was freaky...did you feel anything at about 2 am your time? i was saying..."well i'm just a fat cat walking around...full of rubies and emeralds..." and i even had a tear in my eye. how the hell is u? hows the folks?
