Vice President and General Manger for Galgano Records and Music Distribution for over 20 years. Responsible for business development and marketing effort nationally, relationship development of major and independent record labels, creating solid relationships with national retail chains, assisting in the creation and delivery of marketing presentations, overseeing all aspects of inventory management and developing extensive relationships with industry professionals, CEO’s and CFO’s and acted as an new media and digital sales specialist. Served as an A&R Consultant for Interscope/Geffen Records for over a decade further a consultant for Trax Records: 1 House, Incorporated to help secure publishing and one stop physical / digital distribution deals, new media development and publicity of online presence and acquiring new acts. In addition, James held the same executive roles and performed the same duties at Fly Records America, Music Outlet/Loop Records, Face2Face M.E.G./New Faces New Artists, Dynasty Records & Distribution, Remix Galaxy.I have worked with numerous artists how a few of note are I.C.P. (Insane Clown Possee), Rusted Root, Do or Die, Tito 6, David Chance (Ruff Ryders), Bruce Faulconer (Dragon Ball Z), Twista, Jesse “James” Dupree, 50 Cent, Wayna & Marva King to name a few.
