I have managed bands for over ten years and I have had great success, developing emerging acts and taking them to the next level and BEYOND! I help bands by raising their profiles and fanbase. This includes pointing them in the "right direction" and winning them record deals, agents and tour supports/festivals and radio-play throughout the world. I give bands the HOPE and the CONFIDENCE they NEED to SUCEED. It's pretty simple, throughout life I find it is important to be as helpful to people as much as I can. It costs NOTHING to be nice. If I can help someone I will. .. Here's a brief run-down of what has been happened so far in what has been a Roller Coaster of a journey and i am sure there's loads more to come! Supports Include: Ocean Colour Scene, Paul Weller, Kasabian, The Buzzcocks, Snow Patrol, Franz Ferdinand, Billy Idol, The Stranglers, Funeral for a Friend ,The Subways, The View, The Editors, The Wombats, Brendan Benson, Joseph Arthur, Tom Vek, The Storys, Shiny Toy Guns, House of Love, Boy Kill Boy, Oppenheimer, the Long Cut, Athlete, , Cinematics, Amoudou & Mariam, The Towers of London, Mclusky, Big Country, Jon Power, Tom Hingley from Inspiral Carpets ,Phil Campbell, TSOOL, Terra Diablo, and many, many more.... including a European tour with +44. Festivals Include: TITP, Big in Falkirk, Rockness, Wizard Festival, Merchant City, Isle of Skye, Go North, , Belladrum, Loopallu London Calling, Wicker man Festival, Go Moscow and Tiger Fest. I've now built up a diverse range of fantastic relationships with V Agents, promoters, film-makers, actors, Media: Newspapers, T.V. and Radio Stations as well as major and indie Labels. .. A Brief History: Shrinking Violet made No.18 in the UK Indie charts and No.22 in the official Scottish with the help of Billy Smith of Ascain Bay Records. This was absolutely astonishing as we achieved this without vast amounts of funding for marketing, plugging etc. They were what you would class as s pop/punk and they were incredible onstage. I managed to secure a gig with Ocean Colour Scene at a sellout Barrowlands in Glasgow. We also toured with them later that year. Chris Cradock (Manager OCS) later said, that they [Shrinking Violet] were one of the best support bands OCS have ever had... The boys also played Big in Falkirk, T on the Fringe followed by mesmerising set supporting The Subways at Gigedinburgh to over 1400 screaming fans, a sensational gig that is still talked about today. They then played not one but two blistering nights at Barlinnie Prison in Glasgow and made many new friends who were to die for… lol I then set upon working with OLA, an unknown band who were on the verge of breaking, and after a very short period had them touring with +44, the Tommys, Towers of London, the Buzzcocks and playing many festivals in the UK and Europe. I also helped the band sign an EP release with established Indie label, Neon Tetra, who did a grand job in raising the bands profile if I do say so myself. Presently I am working with Redtrack, the brilliant, young punk act from Southend. The boys have supported the Futureheads, Billy Idol, The Stranglers and The Maccabees The boys also recently WON the T4 Hollyoaks music contest which was featured on National TV, simultaneously beating other great acts and raising their profile to one of the most talked about bands in the industry. They have also appeared on BBC TV as well as the National Radio and media and i expect the boys to achieve great things very soon! WATCH…THIS…SPACE!!!!!

I give bands the HOPE and the CONFIDENCE they NEED to SUCEED.

It’s pretty simple, throughout life I find it is important to be as helpful to people as much as I can. It costs NOTHING to be nice. If I can help someone I will.

Here’s a brief run-down of what has been happened so far in what has been a Roller Coaster of a journey and I am sure there’s loads more to come!
