IVE MANAGED UP AND COMING ACTS FOR 8 YEARS OR SO and have had some great successes.........READ ON.........
I help bands by raising their profiles and fanbase - point them in the right direction and win them record deals, Agents and tour supports/festivals and radio play throughout the world.
I give bands HOPE and the confidence to succeed.
I try to apply the basics in life - To be HELPFUL to people as much as i can.
It costs NOTHING to be nice - and if i can help someone i WILL.
Heres a brief run down of whats been happened so far in a roller coaster of a journey and i am sure theres loads more to come!

( SHRINKING VIOLET) made No18 in the UK Indie charts and No22 in the official Scottish! with the help of Billy Smith of Ascain Bay Records. This was quite astonishing as we achieved this without vast amounts of funding for marketing, plugging etc. They were what you would class a s pop/punk and were incredible onstage. i managed to secure a gig with OCEAN COLOUR SCENE at a SELLOUT BARROWLANDS in Glasgow as well as touring with them later that year - Chris Cradock (Manager OCS)said later that they were one of the BEST support bands OCS have ever had...
The boys also played BIG IN FALKIRK, T on the Fringe and played a quite mesmerising set whilst supporting THE SUBWAYS at GIGEDINBURGH to over 1400 screaming fans - infact that gig is still talked about today.
They played TWO BliStering nights @ BARLINNIE PRISON in Glasgow and made NEW....friends!(lol)
I then set upon working with OLA who i took from an unknown band who were on the verge of breaking, and after a short period had them touring with +44, the tommys, towers of London, the Buzzcocks and playing many festivals in the UK and Europe.
I also helped the band sign an EP release with established Indie label, Neon Tetra who did a great job in also raising the bands profile.
2008 SEES ME WORKING WITH SOME REALLY AWESOME ACTS - NONE MORE SO THAT SOUTHEND band, REDTRACK who have their 3rd single and debut album due out in Mar/Apr 2009. The boys offer something different to the music scene and have TOPPED the myspace TOP ARTISTs in PUNK and BIGBEAT.
The lads have also played with the Macabees, Billy Idol and the Stranglers - CHECK THEM OUT!
Nice one man, glad you like the stuff. And like i said, the quality of the recordings im waiting on will make them sound better. Plus, feel free to spread the word, you can never have too many fans, ha!
We're a new band starting out Scotland. Instead of sending add requests. As a band we would rather people added us because of the music. If ye find time to listen to one of our songs it would be very much appreciated. If ye wud like to leave some honest feedback keep in touch It's only rock n roll but she likes it!! respect YoMama
As you may or may not be aware SoundARC hold a charity gig every year at Club 85 in Hitchin in aid of the Garden House Hospice in Letchworth, and this year we are going to try something a little different from previous years.
This year we are going to take over the club and host 37 acts in one weekend putting full bands upstairs and acoustic acts downstairs in an event that we are calling ARCfest!
It all starts on Friday 4th December at 7pm and then continues on through Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th from 12pm-11pm
As well as raising money for the Garden House Hospice in Letchworth, ARCfest will showcase all the different genres of bands that we at SoundARC have come across over the last 4 and a half years. Over this weekend a lot of the acts that you will see don’t get a chance to play a great local venue like Club 85, So as well as hearing new music you will see all manors of genres and styles from acoustic - Metal - Indie - Rock - Punk - Electro - Ska - Funk - Hip Hop/Rap - Alternative - Rhythm & Blues - Reggae - Grunge and loads more that I cant remember!
