Gamblin' Christmas is a duo consisting of Patrick Flaherty on acoustic
guitar/vocals and Kurt Franke on bass/vocals.
No strangers to the Indianapolis music scene Gamblin' Christmas is
a must see for lovers of singer/songwriter music and Americana folk.
Taking influence from Townes Van Zandt, Guy Clark, and American Folk
music in general, their all-original set is based on life experiences
in and around Indiana. Join them in one of their favorite venues for
an evening of good music and of course, drinking.
Their recently self-released album, Alaska, is available for
sale. This CD was recorded at the NPR studios in Interlochen,
Michigan, and highlights a wide range of their material.
