My best friend lives down the street from the Highland park location, and I always make sure to stop by when i'm in town because they have a great staff over there.
a few weeks ago my friend purchased two copys of killzone 2, and the playstation 3 wireless headset with socom bundle. one for me and one for him. A few weeks later one of the headsets went bad and sony needed a copy of the reciept to take it back. We couldn't find our copies so we thought we'd give it a shot.
The guy at gamer doc remembered my friend and gave him two copies of the reciept so we could do our returns about 3 weeks after purchase.
Genuine class on Gamer Doc's part and i've been a customer ever since!
