Hello coffee drinkers my name is Derek. Welcome to my healthy coffee space.
I have been working out of my home for about 7 years. All I can say is that I am really blessed. Not having to commute everyday to work has been absolutely awesome. I have a technical background. I have programmed a lot of windows application and websites.
My newest venture has been healthy coffee. I always new that coffee was not good for you so I tried to not drink it. Well, one day my mother-in-law brought me a box of Ganocafe Mocha. The first thing I thought was "what the heck is healthy coffee?". To tell you the truth the box of coffee sat in my cabinet for about 2 weeks. Then one day I opened the door and seen the box of healthy coffee and thought that I would try it. It was history from there. I was absolutely shocked on how good this coffee was. It did not have a bitter after taste and I did not get the gitters.
So what makes this coffee healthy you may ask? Well, this coffee contains a powerful herb called Reishi or also call Ganoderma. In simple terms it is a Red Mushroom. I would suggest you go to google and type in "Reishi" and you will see all the studies that have been done. Or better yet goto pubmed.com (Library Of Medicine) and type in "Reishi" and see the studies there. Basically the coffee is a "carrier" to get this wonderful herb into the body. You don't need to pop a handful of reishi pills to get the benefit of this herb but instead just continue to drink your coffee. When the reishi is put in the coffee it neutralizes the acid in the coffee. So now you are drinking coffee that is actually alkaline. This coffee also has very little caffeine. About 1mg per ounce. Don't worry, if you depend on caffeine to keep you going, just try this healthy coffee and let reishi do its job.
