Welcome to the MySpace account for GAPO the Clown. I'm Tony, a freelance writer and illustrator and the creator of GAPO the Clown comic strip. This space is set up basically to draw attention to GAPO. You can find new comic strips twice a week at GAPOTHECLOWN.COM. You can find samples of my art at my other site, boneyardstudio.com. Here's a little info on GAPO;

GAPO the Clown is the host of GAPO's Super Happy Fun Show, a top rated children's television program. He was hired to host the show by blackmailing its producer, Richard Richards. To keep the show on top Richards hired writer Amy Summers. GAPO is very popular and loved not only by the children who watch the show, but also by their parents. Everyone Loves GAPO, everyone but the people that have to work with him. Amy and Richard see first hand on a daily basis how truly disgusting and offensive GAPO really is. A fact that he does not hind while on television.

GAPO the Clown was created as a way for me to deal with having to watch hour after hour of children's programming. After an injury put me out of work I became a stay at home dad. As a result of watching one show in particular on the mouse network, I came up with the idea of a kid's show hosted by a drunken, abusive clown, and GAPO was born. ..
