About me: GarBelle came into existence in May 2008. The name GarBelle (gar-bell) comes from two separate words with separate meanings:
Garb - Clothing or dress of distinctive or special nature.
Belle - A beautiful woman or girl (the most beautiful at an event or in a particular group).
Brought together these words can now be interpreted as 'Clothes of incomparable beauty'.
The essence of GarBelle is fusion. A fusion of cultures, genres, genders, and styles to achieve a different look from mainstream fashion.
The line carries handmade garments that are unique and different to anything on the high street. All concepts and designs are courtesy of Cyrena Arnold.
GarBelle has a classic yet modern approach to fashion, taking design principles from yesteryear combined with modern trends to create new styles. Hemlines are slashed, hoods and pockets are added to classic cuts, and bold colours and patterns are incorporated for aesthetic pleasure.
For images and information go to GarBelle.com. All enquiries can be emailed to dressme@garbelle.com we will endeavour to answer all questions as quickly and concisely as possible.
