Garden started in mid 2005 with Kip on guitar and vocals, Chris on bass, Brent on drums and Ben on rythme guitar. A few months into it, they played their first show. Shortly after they left Chris and Ben then became bassist. After this change, they continued to play more show as Kip on guitar and vocals, Brent on drums and Ben on bass until they left Brent and gained Elijah on drums. During the time span while Elijah was Drummer for Garden, they played more shows and also signed to Illumina Records in the spring of 2007. They released the EP known as Ennui, then in the fall of 2007 they kicked Elijah out due t conflict between himself and Kip. He was then replaced by Taylor on drums. Not much longer after Taylor joined the band, Ben had parted ways with Garden. Kip and Taylor kept the band going with just the two of them, until recently in June of '09, they adopted Mike (former vocalist of LAPSIS) as the new bassist. And now the band has been working on shows sending out demos and working on a new album

I've decided to start a new project, cos i fucked around with jade's tear too much and it's not the sorta music i wanna be doing, i wanna be doing more early 90's indie shit. It'll be more fun, i hate being restricted to crappy horror and screamo shit lol. How's life been going? I just finished my finals for uni, i gotta get a full time job now, i'm gonna see if i can move to NJ and get a job so i can be with my gf, that'd be cool hehe. I have been very active in Domestic Violence causes all of my adult life. I noticed a need in the world pertaining to Same Sex Domestic Violence. It happens more than people know. Unfortunately there are a number of gay people who barely consider themselves worthy or valued as a gay person much less a Domestic Violence Victim. There are also very limited resources, statistics, or information, for Same Sex Domestic Violence. Hopefully through empowerment and education we can change some of this. :D
