- Garden2Garden's [male] musician & sound engineer, also based in Shetland, who nurtures the growth of every melody, colouring and adorning with electric/accoustic guitar, voice and programming.
LISSA KATHE
- Garden2Garden's multi-facetted artist, based in Australia, who caresses and nourishes with her piano, voice, bass, cello and programming. She shines accross oceans and continents from her southern garden to entangle in the magic.

GARDEN2GARDEN
Imagine if you will two walled gardens. Thousands of miles apart. One garden afloat, an island no less, in the far Northern hemisphere, the other a resident of the Earth’s deep South. Opposites and yet complimentary. Joined by a common love for music and creativity.
Shetland is the home of our Northern garden tended by Nat and David. Their journey to this special place is a story in itself. Escapees from crowds and traffic of some far distant city to the freedom and space of the wild northern seascapes.
Then there is the magic. The link in the golden chain between these two gardens. The catalyst, the Home Ground…the music of Kate Bush.
Our Southern Garden lies in Armidale, NSW. It is nurtured by Lissa Kathe. An artist of extraordinary vision, creator of majestic musical landscapes. Elemental, inspirational, drawing on the creative energy of all she sees, hears and feels. Lissa’s gift is unique; each song a journey inwards, melody weaving outwards dancing into the world embracing, soaring, lifting.
These two Gardens may never have cross-pollinated but for a shared passion for the music of Kate Bush. Through this connection a path became visible unfolding through the trees. Gently at first the tides began to ebb and flow between our two Gardens until creativity blossomed in an explosion of musical collaboration and song writing. New doors were flung open, new ways found and rules abandoned. Hidden secrets belonging to the two gardens were released through the chemistry between the participants.
Lissa~Kathe's voice and piano, David’s voice and guitar and Nat’s words and imagination caught aflame catapulting the music skywards, upwards…Airborne.
The result is an eclectic blend of stunning musical voyages through vivid sensual landscapes…a delight, a joy. A world to escape to, to belong to. A world of emotion and inspiration.
A place for the Spirit to soar and breathe. Welcome to the Light, the Sanctuary that is Garden2Garden.

No barriers... No distance... No doubt!! Our hearts like the wings of the albatross in full flight above waves.
The Poet who inspires the Guitarist who inspires the Pianist who inspires the poet who inspires the pianist who inspires the guitarist who inspires the Poet....... SO we are TOTALLY and passionately INSPIRED by all we see, feel, touch, and love...... this blue planet and beyond this magic universe is an abundance of beautiful inspiration. We only need to open our eyes and hearts !
Being on opposite sides of this planet is no problem!!.. our creations are born and grow no matter... The oceans carry our musings like the song of the humpback Whale... And the skies keep our sounds in flight!!
Our intentions are real... to SHARE our world, our sounds with YOU!!

This is the time of year that we need to stop what we are doing and help those that are
left alone for the Holidays, There are many suicides this time of year because
people are lonely, this is not right and we all know this {makes ya fell kinda
shitty huh?}, so I would like for you all to concentrate on someone you know
will be alone and do something about it! Its not hard to help someone in need,
you do it because you would want someone to do it for you! I also want to say
if someone does you a good deed try and do as many as you can so it starts a
ripple effect! I smile when I meet a cashier even if he/she is not happy and
not smiling, when you speak with them on a human level then it speaks volumes
about who you are and what your’re made of! I think maybe I should not babble
on but just remember we all are not really much different than each other, we laugh,
sing, love, dance, & share just like we are supposed to. We need to connect with each other a lot more
and show what we are made of!!!!!!!!!!
