About me:

The Sacred Garden of Avalon was born from the desire to raise the vibration of the planet. I feel this can be done by enabling it's inhabitants to experience more Joy and Peace. Peace on the inside as well as on the outside. We can learn to locate the seed of peace inside ourselves and cultivate it so that it grows into a reliable source of serenity that we can always access, no matter where we are. We have the power to free ourselves from anxiety simply by deciding to do so.

Ariannah, an ordained minister, Doctor of Divinity, and bodyworker, moved to Maine from California where she has been a spiritual healer, teacher, writer, artist, cosmetologist, and business owner for over 30 years. She looks forward to sharing her gifts of artistry, intuitive healing, compassionate care, and magical inspiration with you.

Spiritual healing acts as a conduit for Universal Energy, invoking the self-healing mechanism of the client. It’s non-invasive and allows the whole person to heal—body, mind, and spirit. Spiritual healing balances and aligns the energy centers, creating well-being. Whatever the body creates, it has the power to remove and heal.

Spiritual counseling and guided meditation occur in a sacred and loving environment where one learns to listen to and honour one’s truth, expand in heart-centered consciousness, experience an increased awareness of Spirit’s presence in one’s life, learn to love oneself more, and heal one’s issues through forgiveness and self-acceptance.

Therapeutic touch is considered to be among the oldest of all treatments used by humans. Chinese records dating back 3,000 years documented its use. Hippocrates wrote papers recommending the use of rubbing and friction for joint and circulatory problems. Today, therapeutic touch is an accepted part of many physical rehabilitation programs and has proven beneficial for many chronic conditions such as low back pain, arthritis, and bursitis. It helps relieve the stress and tension of everyday living. A combination of aromatherapy, acupressure (shiatsu), reflexology, and Swedish and Trager techniques allows the body to relax, de-stress, re-balance, and begin the healing process.

Some of the basic bodywork benefits are:
