I love writing and performing music. I'm in a duo with cellist Matt Aubrey called THE MIDNIGHT DAILIES and have supported bands such as THE WHITLAMS, JEZ MEAD, CHRISTINE ANU and GIRL MOST LIKELY. Matt plays the cello and I play acoustic guitar, didge and sing. I'm experimenting with an RC-50 loop station, allowing me to create overlapping layers of vocals and guitar, all live and in real time. I love big dynamics and interesting musical textures.
I'm currently doing my Masters at The Newcastle Conservatorium of Music, studying modern orchestration and composition. I have produced and recorded acts including: THE GOOD, CALEB SKIPS CHEMISTRY, BEN WEBB, AMY VEE, STICK FIGURE OPERA, VAUDEVILLE, FICTIONS, EMILY ROSE SORENSON, AURIEL ANDREW, BUDDY KNOX, LESSON MC, ERIN, QUARRALIA KNOX, SIMON STEWART, DANIEL MARCH, BARRY MARCH and many more. I love producing music for the theatre and am currently working on a stage musical about Captain James Cook, and a show "SOMEWHERE BETWEEN SLEEPING AND DREAMING" with Sydney artist ASHLEY DYER. Previous works include THE SHINING ISLE and THE TRUE PHEONIX (by Carl Caulfield).

next week, monday, tuesday i finish at 1:20, unless that is cutting it a bit close to have enough time for you to get back to your lessons. thursday moring as far as i know im free. friday moring im free, saturday im not, sunday im not sure.
yeah im still at school, i finish at 1:20 tomorrow and wednesday but i have a driving lesson until at least 3:30 on both days, working saturday morning till about 2 or 3. sunday im free after 3pm, thursday and friday i finish at 3:20, is their anytime then you have time to go?
things are very good mate! we've got a new drummer, been with us since mid september and things have been smashing things are calming down as far as gigs go now but we're gonna be recording soon so still pretty busy!
i have the bassline down all sweet. i moved a couple things around so i wasnt stretching that one slide out so much, it all works really well! ill have to talk to you soon about organizing a practice with a drummer, so we can have the structure down pat. thanks so much for this! see you tuesday!
