Gareth began his musical journey at a young age, after being introduced to Classical music by his parents. Subsequently, at age 10 Gareth began classical piano lessons, and soon after began playing both Electric and Acoustic Guitar.
Throughout his career, he has taught guitar professionally, along with playing guitar in acoustic, pop and jazz bands. He also played lead guitar in a number of semi-professional progressive rock acts, and is currently working on solo projects.
Gareth writes instrumental music in an eclectic range of styles, using modern computer / digital based recording techniques, along with sounds from guitar, bass, piano, synthesizer and orchestra.
hey just thought id drop in to say keep up the amazing work. Its been a while since i found ya on myspace and i am still listening to the pariah ALL the time i cant get it out of my head. i listen to it every time i need inspiration to write and draw and i thank you for that.
Hey Gareth... thanks so much for hooking me up to your fine music... I appreciate it. Hope you'll listen in on me one day... all the best to you... Bratt Scovil
the difference between you and half the other musicians on myspace is that you play music, most of them play noise. keep up the great work and never give up on your dreams.
Dude, you would make a great composer for a video game. It seems like you could capture the mood of a particular scene or environment very well. Oh, and you are, by far, on of the most interesting guitarists to listen to on myspace, thats for sure.

I was blown away by your new track! It sounds quite similar to my own style. Very melodic with classical overtones. Very impressive and just the style of music I adore. Keep up the great work and I'll keep checking back for new updates from you. Can't wait to hear more!
