Bio:

Gargamel Music, Inc. is the independent label founded by international Reggae and Dancehall icon Buju Banton. Banton personally signs all of the acts and works closely with each artist to further develop their songwriting skills, vocal style(s), and live stage presentations. Our present roster includes up and coming dancehall dynamo New Kidz, and a humble young singer named Mitch, formerly of the popular late '90s quartet A.R.P.

New Kidz has been heating up Jamaica with a string of blazing joints: Carnal Abuse", "Bubble Gal," "Problem" not to mention his oven-fresh single "Woman," which drops online in early September. Debut album to follow... Meanwhile Mitch recently completed a sweet album for legendary riddim twins Sly & Robbie...

Just out from Gargamel is the brand new compilation Buju Banton Presents: Jamrock Classics Vol. 1, which features the wicked new Buju Banton track titled "Cowboys," a collabo between Buju Banton & New Kidz called "Curfew" plus contributions from Pinchers, Ghost, Jah Cure, George Nooks, Terror Fabulous, Tony Curtis, Lutan Fyah, Yami Bolo.
