Sean McGarragle is a poet and storyteller operating in East Vancouver. He helps out with the Vancouver Poetry Slam, The Main Street Slam, The Vancouver Story Slam, is the founder of the West Coast Poetry Festival, sits on the board of the Vancouver Poetry House, is currently a member of the 2007 Vancouver Poetry Slam team and the 2006 Story Slam Champion and has shared stages with the likes of juno winning dub-poet Lillian Allen, cowboy poet Ken Mitchell, Jazz poet/spoken word mama Sheri-D Wilson, slam champions Shane Koyczan and Brendon Macleod while touring Canada and the US.
He is still looking but has a new pair of glasses.

You're cool, doubly so for being Canadian, and I'm very glad that I got to hang with you while you were stateside. I expect to see that poem you have written in your head for me to sing sometime in the near future. And I promise once I get three songs, you will most certainly get copies. :)
Sue pointed out that the Sparrow boys started their tour here & finish it up there.Lovely.I was lucky to see both a small space version and the theatrical one.Just starting out, by the time they're there, it'll be a wrap. Off they go! (hope you're well as autumn comes on)
