O projeto Garoa Fina, idealizado e realizado pelo produtor musical Arievilo Leirbag (também conhecido por Gabriel Oliveira), em dezembro de 2008, carrega consigo um resultado de uma vida inteira de pesquisas na área do "como-fazer-o-esqueleto-balançar". Após tanto tempo ouvindo e analisando material, meter a mão na massa era necessário. O resultado foi uma grande mistura de grooves que inclui na receita jazz, funk, soul, samba, afrobeat, house, disco, batidas latinas, hip hop e dub. Tudo isso envolvido por uma atmosfera que faz referencia direta ao antigo e ao moderno, o velho e o novo simultâneamente.
Garoa Fina também é um filtro, que transforma passado em futuro instantaneamente através de remixies e releituras. Um prato cheio para quem não se contenta em bater os pés em apenas um ritmo, trançar as pernas em apenas uma pulsação, chacoalhar os quadris em uma única vibração ou expor os ouvidos a uma sinfonia em uníssono.
Além da saborosa mistura, o Garoa Fina também proporciona para os ouvintes uma experiência bastante diferenciada, já que Arievilo assina todos os cargos da produção, sendo executor de todos os instrumentos, autor de todas as composições e arranjos e responsável pela pós produção das faixas, ilustrando assim aonde um homem, seu equipamento e suas idéias podem chegar. Arievilo tem contato com a música desde muito pequeno. Começou a comprar os primeiros discos com 9 anos e a tocar instrumentos com 11. Na instrumentação podem ser ouvidas guitarras, flautas, percussões, teclados, contrabaixo e outros instrumentos e não há um deles que não tenha passado pela mão do produtor. Na concepção dos arranjos, fica bem clara a relação de Arievilo com a música: quanto melhor a fusão, maior a diversão. Bumbos de samba, sintetizadores progressivos, linguagem da música eletrônica e a sofisticação do jazz são ingredientes fundamentais.
Com isso, o Garoa Fina provoca no ouvinte um sentimento de liberdade, eliminando a limitação provocada por rótulos e trazendo para as pistas uma nova tendência eclética além de despertar uma imensa curiosidade de saber como será a próxima mistura.
Recriar em um só espaço musical , tudo o que vimos, ouvimos e sentimos, no passado e no presente. Garoa Fina é também uma maneira de enxergar e exibir o mundo a nossa volta com música. The project Garoa Fina (a São Paulo's slang to talk about the winter drizzle), developed and carried by the musical producer Arievilo Leirbag (a.k.a. Gabriel Oliveira) in December of 2008, brings a result of an entire life of research in the area of "shake-your-body-songs". After much time hearing and analyzing material, work with this knowledge was necessary. The result is a great mixture of grooves with a recipe that includes jazz, funk, soul, samba, afrobeat, house, disco, latin beats, hip hop and dub. All of it is envolved by a soulful atmosphere that make a direct reference to the vintage and the modern, the old the the new, at the same time.
Garoa Fina is also a filter that instantaneously transforms past into future through remixies and re-edits. A delicious meal for those who is not contented in step the feet in only one rhythm, to tress the legs in only one beat, to shake the hips in an only vibration or to listen to a unison symphony. Beyond the flavorful mixture, Garoa Fina also provides for the listeners an very peculiar experience, since Arievilo signs all the posts of the production, being executor of all the instruments, author of all the compositions and arrangements and responsible for the post-production of the tracks, showing where a man, his equipament and ideas could arive.
Arievilo is in contact with music since he is very young. He started to buy his first records with 9 years and to play instruments with the tender age of 11. In the arrengements you could listen to guitars, flutes, percussions, keyboards, bass and other instruments and anyone of then was played by the producer. In the arrangements conception is clear the relashionship of Arievilo and the music: how much better the fusing, greater the fun. The drums from samba, synthesizers, language of electronic music and the sophistication of the jazz are basic ingredients.
This way, Garoa Fina provokes a feeling of freedon, eliminating the limitation provoked for generes and bringing to the dancefloor a new eclectic trend, beyond awaking an immense curiosity to know as it will be the next mixture. Recreate in one only musical space, everything what we saw, hear and feelt, in the past and in the future and now a days. Garoa Fina is also a way to look and to show the world around us with music.
