It's just me at home with Guitar Tracks Pro 3, Fruity Loops and my instruments. Unfortunately, I'm not a singer. But that's not going to stop me from trying. And special thanks to my friends for being so encouraging, giving me pointers and great advice.

The arts aren’t a way to make a living. They’re a very human way of making life more bearable. Practicing an art, no matter how well or badly, is a way to make your soul grow, for heaven’s sake. Sing in the shower. Dance to the radio. Tell stories. Write a poem to a friend. Even a lousy poem. Do it as well as you possibly can. You’ll get an enormous reward. You’ll have created something.
It,s really great to have you as a Friend. I am not musician. But I like music a lot. but, my husband is musician, he plays the saxophone.Yes!!!! I can teach you a lot Spanish.Buena Suerte.Buena música...Gran Canaria
"Sway" is a moldy oldy. The copyright is 1954. Michael Buble did a version of it a few years ago as did a lot of other people. It was originally sung with lyrics in Spanish.
I've been writing some original tunes that will be on my next CD with my band. I've got two more songs to record and then it's back to mixing.
I love that picture with you holding the double bass like a guitar. You look like you're having a good time.
It's official. I'll be in your neck of the woods June 14-19th. Let's meet up yo! By the way, I just read Blood Child and other stories. I love Octavia Butler. :D

I love Kurt Vonnegut. So wise, huh? You can't sing?? Well, you could have fooled me! You sound pretty good. I'm enjoying your tracks! I'm assuming you write your lyrics. Here is my favorite Kurt Vonnegut quote:
“I want to stand as close to the edge as I can without going over. Out on the edge you see all the kinds of things you can't see from the center.”
Boy, slowing the passage of time. That's been on my mind a lot, especially since this is the year of my 20th high school reunion (blech!). maybe I'll blog on that one. And if something deep and insightful comes out of it, you are more than welcome to use it (no copyright infringement on my end...teehee!).
And as to the monetary? Well, we'll have to continue to ponder that one... Keep it legal, no funny criminal stuff...lol!
I do hope you're going to do something fun with your day...

Yes, I have defected to Facebook, although they may not keep me long either. I'm tired of all the commercialization from these social networking site bee-atches. Pretty much the only time I log in is to check you blog.
