Once again I decided to rewrite this whole section, not that anybody ever really reads it, they just look at the pictures.
Lately I’ve been into Roots music and less into electronic stuff, so I’m doing less stomp-stomping and more swing-a-ding-dinging. Of course, that doesn’t mean I won’t pop on Kraftwerk or Throbbing Gristle in the boombox.
I'm still plucking away on the stand-up bass with no signs of improvements, but that’s ok, I didn’t pick up the doghouse for the benefit of others.
I finally got a banjo and I'm learning my way around the instrument. Since I broke my hands years ago, it's been a little harder than I had expected, but I believe anything can be overcome with tenacity. Alas, you all will have to deal with the end results
I’m back in Texas and this time round I don’t plan on being a hermit, so I’m definitely looking for people who are down for going to shows here or anywhere in the state.
I still don’t drink, so if that’s an issue, tough sh*t, took a long time for me to quit and I’m not starting up for anybody.
