About me: The Gateway Hammerheads is the largest active group of scuba diving enthusiasts in the St. Louis metro area! The group was organized in 1997. Members are scuba divers from all ages and walks of life who seriously practice safe diving. A simple love of water, the ocean and marine life draw members together. Hammerheads love to travel and collectively showcase an impressive roster of experience and world class diving locales. Underwater photography is widely practiced.
Who I'd like to meet: Any divers, young and old, who are interested in fresh or salt water diving.
Come to one of our monthly meetings where you can join and interact with local divers and their friends. Enjoy a warm and hospitable evening sharing underwater experiences. Meetings are the second Wednesday of each month, 7 pm at CJ Muggs (lower level) in Webster Groves, MO.
John and I really enjoyed Richie's presentations about the Titanic, the Britanic, and the U2 sub Friday and Saturday nights. Just wish St. Louis were not so far from Carbondale! This web site is looking cool! Best fishes to all, Edie and John
