Welcome to the LIVEWIRE STUDIOS myspace page, we are located right in the heart of Hollywood on Melrose ave near just blocks from Paramount Studios. We are currently recording/engineering a solo record for Dizzy Reed of Guns n' Roses with Del James Producing. We also just completed a cover of Love & Rockets' sweet lover hangover by Charlie and the Valentine Killers, to be released via a Love and Rockets Tribute album on Universal Records. Charlie and the band have also started recording a full length record here at Livewire to be released some this summer. On the business side of the studio, we have very reasonable rates and will work within your budget if you're a band or solo artist looking to record. I personally engineer and will produce and play guitar if asked on any project that comes into the studio. In addition to tracking all the instruments here we also provide finished mixes and mastering. Our live drum room is 1300 Sq.ft. with 15ft high ceiling. The Sound is incredible.

Dizzy Reed's solo record is entering the mixing stage so keep your ears open for his tracks also. They are some kick as sleazy rockers that will blow you away.

This Saturday night Dizzy Reed from Guns N' Roses will be performing live at the Viper Room in Hollywood. This is not Hookers & Blow or The Starfuckers, this is Dizzy Reed and he will be performing some songs off his upcoming solo album. If you're in the So Cal area Saturday night, please come on down. The band goes on at 10pm. 21 and over. Tickets are $15 at the door.
