Unconciously Best Friends For Never and Mariel influenced me to start recording stuff. My other influences are the Meat Puppets and Dinosaur Jr., along with Daniel Johnston and David Bowie. One man, Sondre Lerche, once again turned my musical direction around. Look him up if you want to hear what music is and can be. Wilco! Amazing influence. Jeff Tweedy makes the music that makes my music. Thelonious Monk is classic, and never out of style. Why not add in John Mayer, and Jack Johnson, or any other great singer and/or songwriter. It's all good! Chad Sugg and Backseat Goodbye are great as well! Also, some great ambient groups, like Eluvium, Millenia Nova, A Forest Mighty Black, and the great Brian Eno.
Now, I must mention people who have helped me so much to progress my music. The first is Andramada Sanchez, who is always there to help in any way. Next are Afton Reed, Robert Shropshire, and Jyosh Fleenor, who listen to my constant barrage of song clips or "can you judge this" things. Finally, all my friends who have made sure I have a fan base and a place to connect to. Thank you all!
