I just stopped by "Walmart" Superstore and asked a lady if she was all right. She said that she lost her big job in California and now she doing entertainment as far as using a bell for the Salvation Army. Right now Unemployment is high. Higher than usual and ppl are suffering with Families. I can't see how or why we got here but we did and for some its like "The Grapes of Wrath" work for food and shelter. So everyone is needed help and do what you can. I believe we need a beat for the ppl to hear they need there hearts to be warmed again. We need another dance, a new begining again. Something for our children's future because we are just about like our children. They depend on us but yet we are jobless and cant find work. So what are we doing. What brought the country to this day and age and what can we do to stop this. Entertainment is big again and we need to believe once again. We did long ago and we still can fight this. I know we can, I feel we can get through this time. We did in the past we can do it again.

First I went to a beautiful Valentine's Day mass early in the am. Nobu & I had lunch at the Black Walnut in Rice Village( love that area!), sooo delicious! We were supposed to stroll around the rose garden at the garden center in Herman park, but the universe thought that was a great idea too & there was no parking. For dinner we went to Mi Luna a Tapas place also in Rice Village.
As for listening to the Blackstones...you should! Both the Anna Tsuchiya & the Mika Nakashima versions. The sound track to the anime & the movie kick ass!
Anna Tsuchiya (a real vocalist) is the voice of Nana in the anime.
Mika Nakashima (a very versatile vocalist)portrays Nana in the movie & sang it just as amazingly.
I love that phrase, I think I shall be spreading that phrase around as infectiously as possible.
I love the piano composition on "In Your Time". That was so beautiful. Will you send me the lyrics? I couldn't catch them all, but it sounds like they would be emotionally charged.
Do you prefer Manga over Anime?
You are so patient to be going through the NANA manga. It's a loooooonnnnngggg series.
I was captured by the cutting edge art of the anime, so I continued the story that way. I began to read the manga where the anime left off & I couldn't continue it because I didn't like the direction it was heading. I still love it though.
Have you seen Paradise Kiss? I think you would enjoy that one too, it's also by Yazawa Sensei. The fashion & music is awesome & so much fun!
If only I could meld Nobu & Arashi, haha!
Trust me, once you get past the surreal intro the awesomeness will begin!
