About me: I volunteer my time at CSW and I am the VP of entertainment for Los Angeles Pride and have been doing this since 1999 - that's right I don't get paid, its a labor of LOVE. I am Italian American and originally from the NJ - NYC area....came out to LA to go to law school then decided to get into the TV biz.
I am NOT shy, alot of fun, loud (but NOT obnoxious), funny (I like to make people laugh & smile), probably would have been diagnosed with A.D.D. but thankfully it wasn't a "condition" when I was a kid, I am a girlie girl (90% of the time), I am honest & upfront (aggressive, insistent and sometimes misunderstood & misread), GET TO KNOW ME before you judge me (I have alot going on all the time & sometimes I am curt, abrupt, needy, etc.), I am the person who's always: "IN", "HIP" and "WAY COOL", I talk ALOT but I do let people get their chance too, I am polite, thankful, gracious, I am a REALLY good cook (ITALIAN and CUBAN BABY ALL THE WAY!). I like to ramble and jump around topics, so you need to pay attention when I talk to follow the frenetic thought pattern. I hate being BORED, that's why I always have a million things on my plate (PS: I complete all from start to finish - yes I am a TYPE A personality). I always need to be active (yes I do like down time...but I call it)...... I JUST WANT TO BE LOVED & APPRECIATED - NOT USED! .........BLUE & PURPLE are my favorite colors.....I love the smell of fire wood burning or the smell of sulfur after you blow out a match (I AM NOT A PYRO - I SWEAR!).....I dislike camping but I do love the smell of the mountains & forest in the early morning or in the evening.....I love early mornings on the beach......I am a lightweight but I do love a good glass of Shiraz or cold/hot sake...OK I do love my tequila shots too!

Hi GAYE ANN - VP Entertainment LA Pride, we want to let you know that our friends, The Sweet, are making their triumphant return to Southern California this Friday, March 13th, at the Canyon Club in Agoura Hills. They'll be playing all their hits like "Ballroom Blitz," "Fox On The Run," "Love Is LIke Oxygen," and many others!
Doors will open for dinner at 6pm, with support act Tiffany Madadian going on at 8pm and The Sweet hitting the stage at 9pm sharp. Also, The Sweet has a new live CD recorded that you can check out at the band's website TheSweetBand. com.
