Identity? Most people don't have a notion of how to do anything more posititve than to take an opposing stance. Identity as a concept works in terms of contrast. Nothing is more important than opponents, people to despise so that you can reassure yourself of your own worth. Until we are able to leave our "identities" behind, whenever we come together it will merely be a case of images meeting and clashing. Oi !!!!! The real revolution can only happen when people learn to treat one another with love and respect. If people could only do this, then there would be no use for laws, systems, institutions, governments, or even religions for that matter. People need these thing to keep them in check, other motives to ensure that human beings behave properly. But the sad thing is that most people are too stupid to question anything that they have been taught. Power, politics,greed, corruption, wealth, the systen , capitalism, the bourgeoisie. Your media is controlled and so are you. Be good to one another. It seems so simple, huh?
