Hello Everyone and welcome to Gee-O's world. Now I came up with my name Gee-O is simple, my name is Giovanni and my last name starts with an O. When I was younger I used to like to write my name on the walls and subway cars in New York City. Born in Manhattan and partly raised in The South Bronx (During most of my Teenage Years I stayed in Florida, NY, Tennessee, and Georgia) Hip Hop is in my blood. Its more personal to me than what it is to many people. I'm a music producer witha different sound than what maybe of the norm. I learned how to make music from Born Supreme (a 5 percenter) back in 95. In 97 we had branched off and started doing separate ventures. 1999 was the year that I decided to get back into music. I needed about 2-3 years to really hone my craft and make sure that I have a particular sound. In 2006 my music was first played by Sammy Goldbourne on his show "The Other Side" in Birmingham England. Funny how England was the first place to play my music and the States wasn't although I had tried to shop my beats to several labels, managers, execs, whatever. Later in 2007 DJ Lady Bullet, Semp Roc and The Fly Frequency Show started playing my Remixes. DJ Ready Cee gave me a shoutout on his show in NYC. Slowly but surely I'm getting out there. Many people might get discouraged after trying for so long and nothing comes up but I believe in my work so much that nothing can convince me to shut down. Being that I stay in Pompano Beach Florida and the world don't know where is it located, I'm 30 minutes away from Miami. My Main Goals are to make classics with serious artists that want to make classics and not just a ringtone hit.. It doesn't matter where the artist is located either. Now in my many endeavors I've come across many snakes in the music business that either has taken advantage of me financially or said they were something and they was not so I have become very cautious in what I do or where I go.
