Whenever I'm not playing music, or otherwise listening, some of the things I enjoy include reading (usually non-fiction and biography/memoirs), bowling, putt-putt golf, air hockey, ballroom dancing, traveling, flea markets/antique shops, and just wasting time on my computer!

Hello, my name is Greg, and I have recently celebrated 44 years of life. It's a life that has seen its share of ups and downs, of course, but the truth is that I have been so blessed in numerous ways. I have a home out in the country, and a better-than-decent vehicle to drive; most of my family is still living; I have countless friends, both online and off, as well as a wonderful lady who loves me unconditionally; but, most of all, my work as a musician keeps me occupied a good deal of the time. Since 2001 I have been playing guitar and banjo (and lately a little touch of dobro) with a gospel-singing group, and also in a duo with my 24-year-old nephew.
In the following video, I was dared to ride on the bare backside of a donkey, and this is the hilarious result!
Who I'd like to meet: Of course, it never hurts to find new friends with common interests, and I would especially love to make new friends in my various musical travels.
