We're just 4 friends from Zwolle who like beer and making music, and one day we thought we might just as well combine that into a band so we picked up our instruments and here the fuck we are!
The end of 2005:
Ed and Kim had been playing with the idea of starting a band together for over a year, and eventually they asked Bart from Jobcrusher to hit the drums. He was like, 'ok!'. Then they had to find a bassplayer, so Bram from Upshot! joined the band. However, he was by far not gay enough to be in Gegen die Wand so the crew went on without him. After that, everybody's been sitting on their asses for like 9 months, until gayboy Yerünti from Civil War gave new life to the band! In the fall of 2006 they started rehearsing again, they've done some shows now, and their main goal ofcourse, is to play a show with the Village people one day...
