Having been around since 2006, [geist] has been steadily gaining momentum. Having opened up for The Candy Spooky Theatre marked the beginning of a new line up. Not far after [geist] picked up a new vocalist Kane, and since before Otakon 2007 the band has been feverishly writing new material to get ready for the on coming year. Playing Otakon's Band Night and doing a Q&A Panel at Anime USA in which they provided a small performance. Through the recent months they have had their tracks played on various radio stations (internet and live) with many positive reviews.
[geist] has released several vocal-less tracks over the two years but since finding the right one they have been working harder each day to bring the previous and new original tracks to their fans complete with vocals. Halloween 2007 was the release of their single 'Nevaehell' which happened to be their biggest song yet. Hitting 1298 plays in a little more than a 2 week period. With that said, they are determined to continually release more and more material. Currently they are writing tracks for their full-length album. This Album is slated to contain 13 tracks of passionate, chaotic, and beautiful music. Holding true to themselves and the music they write, they wish to bring out the best in each other on everytrack.
